STEP BY STEP
A delicious and simple recipe that takes no more than 30 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook.
For the meat, you can use special ground beef and look for a blend with pork, hamburger mixes work very well.
Finely chop the garlic and spring onion to mix with the meat, then add flour and finally the egg. Knead to combine and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Shape the meat mixture into meatballs on a bed of breadcrumbs, rolling them to coat the meat with breadcrumbs. This will give us an interesting crunchiness during cooking.
Light the Kamado Argentino with just a little charcoal, wait until the coals are lit, add a handful of smoking chips, and place the meatballs on the grill or in a pan if you want to cook them in a particular sauce or reduction.
Cook for 30 minutes and then remove from the grill.
