HAM AND CHEESE BAKED CALZONE

INGREDIENTS

1 pizza dough ball
500g cheese
300g ham
2 tomatoes
Oregano

STEP BY STEP

The pizza dough recipe is readily available online, so we won’t delve into that aspect.

For the Kamado, we’ll use one of the diffuser systems beneath the grill to ensure that direct heat and high temperature don’t reach the calzone directly but instead envelop it indirectly.

Stretch out the dough and place the ingredients on one side. Fold the dough over the ingredients and seal the edges.

Sprinkle flour on the baking stone and place the calzone on it.

Fully open the intake and exhaust to reach 350°C.

Bake for 10 minutes, and it’s ready to serve.
