CAVEMAN STYLE GRILLED STEAK
INGREDIENTS
1 Tomahawk steak or ribeye
1 Fresh rosemary sprig
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
STEP BY STEP
Just 5 steps for this ancient caveman technique.
Light the Kamado Argentino with a small amount of charcoal covering only the bottom of the firebox. Wait until the charcoal is glowing red throughout.
Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the fresh rosemary directly on the charcoal and then place the steak on top.
Cook directly over the coals and close the Kamado lid with all the vents open.
Flip the steak after 5 minutes, remove, and serve.
