CHARDONNAY PEACHES
INGREDIENTS
1 kg ripe peaches, cut into wedges
500 ml white wine
500 g vanilla ice cream
Fresh mint
STEP BY STEP
Cut the peaches into wedges.
Heat the Kamado Argentino with direct heat on the grill, and add a splash of white wine to moisten the grill.
Next, place all the peaches on one side and moisten them again, then rotate when you notice caramelization starting. Repeat the process on both sides.
Remove from the grill, serve with ice cream, and garnish with fresh mint.
