SMOKED COOKED HAM ON THE KAMADO ARGENTINO
INGREDIENTS
1 whole ham or a piece of ham
1/2 box of smoking chips
STEP BY STEP
Here’s a new recipe, although in this case, it’s more of an idea than a recipe due to its simplicity.
This ham can pair wonderfully with any type of filling we want to make, and it doesn’t have to be just a whole piece.
After cooking something else, we can place a piece of cooked ham inside the Kamado and let it smoke overnight at 90°C / 110°C. It’s essential to add smoking chips.
After smoking, it can be stored in the refrigerator without any problems to use as a filling for empanadas, tarts, pizzas, sandwiches, or quesadillas.
