KAFTA ON THE KAMADO ARGENTINO

INGREDIENTS

For 8 Kafta:
1 kg ground beef
2 medium onions
100 g parsley
100 g cilantro
Salt, black pepper, and curry
200 g butter
Olive oil

STEP BY STEP

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with finely chopped cilantro, parsley, and onion.
Knead until you have a homogeneous mixture, then season to taste with curry, salt, lemon, and pepper.
Light the kamado with a small amount of charcoal, but with fire.
Transfer the bowl to the refrigerator for at least six (6) hours to marinate and firm up.
Shape the mixture into 6 or 7 equal-sized elongated pieces.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water beforehand and then skewer the Kafta.
Place the Kafta over direct heat and grill for 7 to 8 minutes, then flip them.
They can be served with pita bread and Aioli.
