LEADEN POTATOES ON YOUR KAMADO ARGENTINO
INGREDIENTS
For 6 medium-sized potatoes
6 Potatoes, look for medium to large potatoes with an oval and symmetrical shape.
200 g Cream cheese
500 g Swiss chard or spinach
Grated cheese
Olive oil, salt, and pepper
STEP BY STEP
Start by washing the potatoes on the outside, then cut them in half and blanch for 10 minutes before removing them.
Using a spoon, scoop out the middle of all the potatoes and place it in a bowl with the cream cheese and the chosen cooked green vegetable.
With these ingredients plus olive oil, make a mash which will be our filling.
Fill the potatoes and place them in the Kamado Argentino about 25 to 30 minutes before what we are cooking is ready.
Five minutes before removing the potatoes, sprinkle grated cheese on top of the filling and they’re ready to serve!
