6 Pears 300 g sugar 300 g powdered cinnamon 350 ml water 6 cinnamon sticks Mint leaves
STEP BY STEP
Peel the pears and remove the core, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake at 180°C for 1 hour. If you have a deflector or cooking system, use it for more even cooking.
In a skillet, combine sugar and water to make a light caramel. Optionally, you can add a few drops of vanilla extract.
Remove the pears from the oven, pour the syrup over them, and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a mint leaf.
