PIZZA ON YOUR KAMADO ARGENTINO

INGREDIENTS

Pizza Dough Ingredients:
– 500g flour.
– 20g baker’s yeast.
– 6 tbsp olive oil.
– 1/2 tsp sugar.
– Salt and 1 glass of mineral water.

Ingredients for Ham and Cheese for 4 people:
– For 4 people:
– 300g cooked ham.
– 300g cheese.
– 4 eggs.
– Chopped basil.
– Salt.
– Parsley.

Ingredients for Chicken and Cheese:
– 1/2 boiled chicken breast.
– 4 walnuts.
– 6 green olives.
– 1 small onion.
– 1/4 red bell pepper.
– 1/4 green bell pepper.
– Seasonings to taste (I use salt and pepper).
– 1 hard-boiled egg.
– 1 tomato.
– 200g cheese of your choice (I use mozzarella).
– 80g cooked ham.

STEP BY STEP

How to make pizza dough:
1. Sift the flour and yeast into a large bowl. Add a little water, two tablespoons of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Knead by hand (6-8 minutes) until you get a ball. Cover it with a cloth and let it ferment for 30 minutes.
2. Cut it in half, take a portion, add a little flour, and roll it out with a rolling pin until it is very thin. Repeat the operation with the other piece. Cut 2 large circles, using a plate as a guide.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING ON THE KAMADO

1. Make two rectangles of thin dough about 30 X 45 centimeters.
2. Place the filling on the dough rectangle and make the envelopes. Since it is much smaller, you can make up to 3 on the same tray.
3. Light the Kamado Argentino, and when it reaches 250 / 290ºC, place one of the deflector systems and the pizza stone. There should be fire under the deflector, that’s the ideal moment.
4. Place the dough without ingredients for 5 minutes. Then add all the ingredients and let it bake for 10 minutes.
