GERMAN SAUSAGE WITH COLESLAW AND MINT
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Red cabbage
1/2 White cabbage
2 Carrots
1/2 Green apple
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 pot unsweetened yogurt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Hot dog buns
German sausage
STEP BY STEP
1. To make the coleslaw, thinly slice the cabbages and apple with a mandoline, and grate the carrot.
2. Place everything in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except the yogurt. Let it sit overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
3. Before using the next day, drain any excess liquid and add the yogurt.
4. To cook the sausages on the Kamado Argentino, use low heat and gently cook to retain the juices.
5. Make sure to get good-quality buns. When assembling the sandwich, garnish with mint.
