This video applies to all models with a cart: Kamadon Asador Pampero, Kamado Asador Porteño, Kamado Asador Criollo, Kamado Gran Asador Criollo, Kamado Asador Patagonian, and Kamado Gran Asador Patagonian.

We have two boxes, in the smaller one you will find the tool set for all assembly, the cart, the side tables with their hooks, the chimney, the coal support, and the channel for smoking with chips. In the larger box, comes your Kamado Argentino, the firebox, the ring, and the stainless steel grill.

WHAT IS A KAMADO?

IT IS AN OVEN, A GRILL, A SMOKER, A GRILL, A SPIEDO, AND A WOK.

The quality of our ceramic and its egg shape provide perfect heat circulation inside the kamado, distributing heat evenly, maintaining moisture, and internal juices.

The Kamado Argentino cooking generates fundamentally three results, it improves the texture of the meat by cooking less aggressively and more evenly, preserves the internal juices, and incorporates more and better flavor from the embers and the smoking chips, all together is MORE FLAVOR. Its ovoid shape, allows the heat to envelop the food, the temperature regulation is precise and stable we can perform cooking from 60ºC to 350ºC.

By cooking hermetically, it is completely safe, there are no possibilities of sparks or flames, it generates very little smoke when using charcoal. No other cooking device is more insulating and resistant to weather conditions, allowing cooking under the sun, rain, or even in the middle of a snowfall. The external temperature does not affect the temperature inside at all and creates an air movement that gives all dishes an exceptional flavor. The possibility of fire is nil, you only need to be careful not to use more coal than necessary (see recommendation for each model) or open it abruptly when it is working. Due to the hardness of the wood, the calorific value is superior to that of other types of coals and is capable of maintaining a constant permanent temperature thanks to its more compact consistency. HOW TO AVOID SMOKE IN MY KAMADO?

Used correctly and whenever you do not use wood chips to turn it into a smoker, the Kamado Argentino does not generate smoke. This is because the slow combustion of carbon generates a cooking that envelops. This type of less aggressive cooking preserves the juices of the food and prevents dripping onto the embers, the main generator of smoke and odor in cooking.   • Pizza on the stone:

KEEP YOUR KAMADO IMPECCABLE.

Why change it?

When the felt wears out after heavy use, your kamado may start to close poorly, which will cause you to lose temperature

WHY DOES MY KAMADO HAVE THAT CRACKLE EFFECT?

The Kamado Argentino is handcrafted and has a vitreous enamel on its exterior that gives it its color and texture. If you look very closely, you can see some lines that generate a cracked effect, this is normal, it does not represent a defect or a break in itself.

These lines that are generated in the enamel are of vital importance to accompany the expansion and contraction of the Kamado when working at different temperatures. It prevents breakage or cracks. Just like with thermal shock, you can take your kamado to 350 degrees Celsius and cook in the middle of the snow, thanks to the expansion and contraction of the crackle, it will not break.

This detail should not generate any texture, if you run your finger over it, you should not notice it. It can become more noticeable when the kamado has a little dust or volatile ash. Be assured that everything is fine! What you thought was a problem is a solution.

WE TEACH YOU HOW TO CLEAN THE KAMADO AFTER EACH USE

1️. Clean the grill: with a hard-bristle brush or with hot water and detergent

2️. Remove the ashes with our shovel and poker

3️. With a damp cloth, go over every exterior part of your kamado

4️. Remove the accumulated fat from the upper draught while still hot.

IMPORTANT: for safety. Never move the ring or the firebox of your kamado #kamadotip fundamental The MOST important thing is to clean the ashes well, this will allow greater airflow and temperature regulation.
